You Run This Town Foundation continues to inspire our future youth to be great and we are proud to help present VING Project and the Archewell Foundation in giving away $1 million dollars in $1,000 grants in December!
Do you know a woman in financial need? Archewell Foundation x VING Project are teaming up to give $1 million away in $1,000 grants, and are inviting young individuals between the ages of 14 and 18 years old to nominate a woman (outside of their family) who’s in financial need. If chosen, nominators will be able to give a $1,000 dollar grant to their nominee, making a difference in their life.
Here’s how to participate:
STEP 1: Think of a woman in need. They can’t be a family member, must be 18+ years old, a US citizen, and experiencing financial hardship. The woman could be a mentor, family friend, former classmate, friend, member of your church, educator, or neighbor.
STEP 2: Fill out the nomination form.
STEP 3: Within the nomination form, upload a 1 – 2 minute video explaining:
- Who you are nominating
- How you know them
- Why $1,000 could help them right now with what they are going through
STEP 4: Once the application is approved, you will be sent a $1,000 dollar check to give to your nominee, making a difference in their life and spreading joy!
