Big Boss Inc. is an innovative program creating youth to be young leaders and future entrepreneurs. They will have an opportunity to learn, inspire, and create a business proposal, budget and marketing plan, and present to a panel of mentors.  Big Boss Inc. encourages youth to be visionaries, boosts confidence, builds relationships and communication skills, and engages in teamwork and community participation.
